R & R is coming right up! So there's some interesting news that has developed. I really wish that I could tell you about it but it seems that would be a violation and I would get into some trouble. Not that what is happening isn't a violation already. Sigh. This entire deployment has been one frustration after another. The leadership is so lacking integrity and the mere ethical code they are to adhere too.
I digress. 8 (ish) weeks and counting till we will all be reunited. I asked the man of my dreams to come home for my birthday. Selfish, possibly, but it's about midway through and will make things a little more bearable.
Anyway, on the home front, the house is a wreck and torn up, but we are getting there. H had surgery today to make her able to run again in a few more weeks. She's a little bit stressed out but she will make it I'm convinced.
